The wellness area was a good retreat; I sneaked in a quick sauna session while my wife read by the pool – a rare moment of peace amidst the chaos of family life. But the highlight had to be the Gezeitenland adventure water park. Watching my kids squeal with joy as they splashed down the slides was priceless. My son, the little daredevil, practically lived there, while my daughter preferred the lazy river – a nice contrast that made it easy for us parents to unwind. The hotel’s atmosphere felt genuinely inclusive, with friendly staff ensuring that families felt at home. Even though I spent the majority of my time testing the local brews, it was lovely to see other families enjoying the outdoor spaces and activities.
